Privacy policy

Information you provide

Account creation collects your name, email and password. Checkout collects contact and delivery details and order choices. Contact and newsletter forms collect the information you submit and your consent where requested.

How information is used

Details are used to operate accounts, respond to enquiries, process orders and deliver purchases. Newsletter subscriptions are stored separately. Marketing messages should only be sent when the store has the required permission.

Payments

Online payments take place on your selected provider’s hosted checkout. This site does not collect raw card numbers or card security codes. Order references and verified payment status are stored to reconcile purchases.

Cookies and local storage

Session cookies support sign-in and CSRF protection. Optional remember-me cookies support returning sign-in. Your display theme, currency preference, shopping bag and wishlist are stored in your browser. The service worker caches public pages and local assets for offline browsing.
