Before requesting a return
Contact the team with your order reference, delivery date, product and a clear explanation. Include photographs when reporting a wrong or damaged item. Keep the packaging and product while your request is reviewed.
Condition of returned items
Because wigs are personal-use products, condition and hygiene are important. Avoid altering, colouring, cutting, wearing or removing protective materials from an item you intend to return. Eligibility and exceptions must be confirmed by the store.
Wrong or damaged items
Please report an incorrect or damaged delivery promptly so the team can review it and advise on the next step. Do not send an item back until you receive return instructions.
Return process
The store will provide the return address and instructions when a request is accepted. Keep your tracking receipt. The team will confirm responsibility for return shipping and the applicable deadline when reviewing your request.
Refunds and exchanges
Approved refunds or exchanges depend on inspection and payment reconciliation. Refunds should use the original payment channel where supported. The team will confirm the applicable processing timeline when your request is approved.
